These terms cover this website, our text messaging program, and our answering and scheduling service. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

Who we are

RattleWorks LLC is a Texas limited liability company at 419 Johnson Road, Bandera, TX 78003. We also operate as Rattleworks Sticker Co. and run a demonstration line called Hill Country Plumbing & Drain.

Text messaging program

• By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from RattleWorks LLC, including our Hill Country Plumbing & Drain demonstration line, about your inquiry, appointments, and occasional service updates.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email cyress@rattleworks.co.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Answering and scheduling service

Our service answers calls and texts on behalf of businesses, gathers information about what a caller needs, and books appointments into the business's calendar. Some conversations are handled by an automated assistant. The assistant identifies itself as automated when asked, and a person is available on request.

Appointment times, price ranges, and other information provided by the assistant are estimates supplied by the business it represents. Final pricing, scheduling, and the work itself are the responsibility of that business, not RattleWorks LLC.

Hill Country Plumbing & Drain is a demonstration

Hill Country Plumbing & Drain is a demonstration business that exists to test and show our answering service. It is not a licensed plumbing contractor, it does not perform plumbing or any other work, and it does not dispatch technicians. Appointments booked on its demonstration lines are not real service appointments and will not be fulfilled. Do not rely on it in an emergency. If you have a plumbing emergency, contact a licensed plumber in your area. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911.

Sticker purchases

Rattleworks Sticker Co. products are sold through Etsy. Orders, payments, shipping, and returns are governed by Etsy's terms and our Etsy shop policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use our numbers, forms, or services to send abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent content, to interfere with the service, or to impersonate another person or business.

No warranties

This website and our services are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that the site or the service will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that any message will be delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RattleWorks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the messaging program, or the answering service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Bandera County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page.
