This policy explains what RattleWorks LLC collects when you contact us, visit this site, or use our answering service, and what we do with it.

Who we are

RattleWorks LLC is a Texas limited liability company at 419 Johnson Road, Bandera, TX 78003. We operate an AI-assisted phone answering and scheduling service for home-service businesses, a demonstration line called Hill Country Plumbing & Drain, and a sticker retail line called Rattleworks Sticker Co. Purchases from our Etsy shop are handled by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
• Conversation content: the text messages you send us, what you say on calls to our numbers, and any photos you send to describe a problem.
• Call recordings and transcripts: calls to our business numbers may be recorded and transcribed so the request can be handled and reviewed. We tell you at the start of a call when it is being recorded.
• Technical information from this website, such as your browser type and general location, collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings.
• To route your request to the right business or person.
• To improve how our automated assistant handles conversations, by reviewing transcripts.
• To send informational or promotional texts, only if you have agreed to receive them.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse.

Text messaging and your consent

We send text messages only to people who have opted in by calling or texting us, by submitting our opt-in form, or by giving consent during a call. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Details are on our text messaging page.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide when opting in to text messages is used only to deliver the messages you asked for.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business: telephone and messaging carriers that deliver calls and texts, a customer relationship platform that stores conversations and appointments, hosting providers for this website, and AI processing providers that help our automated assistant understand and respond to messages. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. When our answering service is operated for a client business, the details of your inquiry are shared with that business so it can serve you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RattleWorks LLC, our clients, or others.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation records for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward for quality review and record keeping, typically no more than two years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
• Email cyress@rattleworks.co to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
• Ask to speak with a person at any time during a call or text conversation.

Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reputable providers and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
