RattleWorks LLC is a small company in Bandera, Texas. We build and run an AI-assisted answering and scheduling service for plumbers, septic companies, roofers, and other home-service businesses, and we make stickers.

Answering and scheduling service

When a customer calls a service business and nobody picks up, most of them don't leave a voicemail. They call the next company on the list. Our service texts that caller back within seconds, finds out what they need, and books them into the shop's calendar. Businesses that want every call answered live get an AI receptionist that picks up around the clock, answers questions from the business's own information, books appointments, and hands the call to a person on request.

The service runs on the business's own phone numbers. Callers and texters are always told when they are talking with an automated assistant. Every message includes instructions to stop receiving texts.
